2. Appointment
At your appointment, our expert consultant will listen, identify your needs and give information on the right Will for you. Our service is free, and a fee requested only if you decide to proceed with legal documents.
3. Your Will
Your draft Will is written by Will Power according to your wishes and sent to you for approval. Once you have approved the draft, the final version is posted to you for signature and witnessing.
How We Do It
Will Power Estate Protection Limited is a Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and we aim to provide the highest standards of service to all of our Clients.
Please tell us about the service that you have received from us. You can complete a short questionnaire which is provided by the IPW on their website at:

Alternatively, you can ask us for a paper version of the questionnaire that can be posted free of charge directly to the IPW. Completion of the survey helps us and the IPW to monitor and improve the level of service that we provide to our Clients, so we urge you to take a few moments to complete it.
Occasionally, we don’t get it right and if you are not happy with the service that we have provided, we would like to know about it, so that we can rectify the situation and take measures to prevent the situation happening again.
If you are not happy, in the first instance, please write to Liz Killip, Managing Director at the address below. Your letter will be acknowledged within 5 working days and will include information about how the issues that you have raised will be dealt with. She will write to you again within 20 days with the results of their investigation.
If you are not happy with our response, you may refer the matter to the Institute of Professional Willwriters who provide a no cost Conciliation Service. They can be contacted at Trinity Point, New Rod, Halesowen, B63 3HY.
Alternatively you can elect to refer the matter to the independent Estate Planning Arbitration Scheme (EPAS). You can also refer the matter to EPAS if you are not happy with the results of the IPW Conciliation Service. EPAS can be contacted at IDRS Limited, 12 Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1A 2LP.
