At your appointment, our expert consultant will listen, identify your needs and give information on the right Will for you. Our service is free, and a fee requested only if you decide to proceed with legal documents.
3. Your Will
Your draft Will is written by Will Power according to your wishes and sent to you for approval. Once you have approved the draft, the final version is posted to you for signature and witnessing.
CANCELLATION NOTICE
Notice of the right to cancel
1. You have a right to cancel this agreement within 7 days of this agreement by writing to Will Power Estate Protection Ltd (“the Company”) at the address below or the email address below and you will not be required to make any payment for the services covered by this agreement. Any payment made for the services will be refunded.
2. You can cancel this agreement later than 7 days after the date of this agreement by writing to the Company at the address below. Unless the cancellation is due to a delay on the part of the Company that is beyond the timescale referred to in section 5, you will be liable to pay half of the full fee, unless your documents have already been prepared in which case you will be liable to pay the full fee.
3. You can use the cancellation slip below. Where notice of cancellation is posted, it is recommended that it is sent by Recorded Delivery; however cancellation will be deemed to be served as soon as it is posted or sent to us.
4. The Company will acknowledge receipt of notice of cancellation in writing within 14 days.
5. You can agree in writing that the Company can start work on your documentation on a date before the expiry of 7 days of the date that you first gave us information to enable us to complete work for you, however your rights to cancel under point 1 will be terminated on the day that the Company starts work on your documents.
